BUline delivers Odoo Enterprise and Odoo Online projects adapted to Uzbekistan: process analysis, configuration, data migration, integration, team training and post-launch support.
A project can start with one area or cover all of them. Scope and deliverables are agreed in writing each time.
Diagnostic, architecture, configuration, data migration and go-live. The result of each stage is confirmed by a document. How implementation works →
No-code configuration first (Studio), reports and dashboards, process automation; where that is not enough, a custom module that is safe to upgrade. Studio and modules →
Taxes and electronic documents, payments and banking, messaging channels, marketplaces and delivery, data exchange with external systems and equipment. Settings for Uzbekistan →
Role-based guides, hands-on sessions, training of key users: by go-live, the team already works in the system. Team training →
Assessment of your current system, gap analysis, migration to Odoo, or putting a running Odoo in order: an independent assessment and a plan.
Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or your own server, depending on requirements, security and where data must be stored. Versions and hosting →
Before each stage, the work and its result are agreed. Timelines are set after the diagnostic, based on project scope.
We study processes, documents and reports and compare them with what Odoo offers. Outcome: a business requirements document (BRD).
Apps, edition, hosting, integrations, roles and the project plan are approved.
Sprints: configuration, demos, testing by key users, data migration, training and go-live.
Enhanced support in the first month, then new apps, reports and automation.
BUline services are provided for Odoo Enterprise and Odoo Online. Within Enterprise, there are also Odoo.sh (Odoo's cloud platform with custom modules and test environments) and hosting on your own server: which one fits depends on your requirements and security needs.
General information about Odoo Community is given on the “Versions and hosting” page, but BUline does not provide implementation or support services for Community.
Odoo out of the box does not cover every local requirement. What is ready and what has to be added is listed precisely during the diagnostic.
For manufacturing, retail and wholesale, food service, healthcare, construction and logistics, industry-specific problems, Odoo apps and Uzbekistan requirements are covered on separate pages. The remaining industries are being added step by step.
Every document and result stays with you and serves as a foundation for further development.
In the first conversation we hear out your situation and suggest a suitable starting point.
| Situation | Service | First deliverable |
|---|---|---|
| You are moving to Odoo from Excel or a legacy system | Implementation and data migration | Diagnostic and BRD |
| You already have Odoo, but the team does not use it fully | Consulting and training | Process reconfiguration plan |
| A report or process is missing from standard Odoo | Customization | Technical specification and testing |
| Odoo needs to exchange data with another system | Integration | Scope of work is estimated |
| New apps or branches are being added | Growth and ongoing support | Plan for new apps |
The Odoo license (Online or Enterprise) is calculated from the number of users and the set of apps; the terms are published on odoo.com. The scope of BUline's services depends on users, branches, apps, customization, integrations, data volume and training. The exact cost is given as a written proposal after the free diagnostic.
With the BUline Method, the diagnostic takes 1–2 weeks, architecture 1–3 weeks and implementation 8–16 weeks. The exact timeline is agreed in writing after the diagnostic, based on the number of apps, data volume and integrations.
No. BUline works with Odoo Enterprise and Odoo Online. You can find general information about Community on the “Versions and hosting” page.
Odoo Online and Odoo.sh run on cloud infrastructure; hosting on your own server is possible with Enterprise. If there are requirements to keep personal data inside the country, the server choice is settled during the diagnostic together with the legal requirements.
After go-live, 30 days of enhanced support are provided. Then ongoing support is agreed: new apps, reports, automation and Odoo version upgrades.
Yes. Request a demo in the “Free diagnostic” form: we will show Odoo on a scenario close to your own processes.
During the diagnostic, we review your processes and tell you where standard Odoo is enough and where configuration is needed — with an app list, edition and phases.
