Order first, then automation and growth

We build your business as a manageable system: structure, processes, SOPs and KPIs. Then we connect a measurable flow of customers to that system — through Google, Yandex, SEO and content.

Starting test

If you disappeared for 4 weeks starting tomorrow, would your business keep running?

Payments, customer acquisition, sales, payroll, accounting, delivery — almost every critical process repeats at least once within 4 weeks. So 4 weeks is a full business cycle.

“YES”

You have a system

Results don't depend on a specific person. Next step: automation and scale.

“NO”

The system lives in the owner's head

Every decision goes through you. What you need here is not software but order first — and that is exactly what this page is about.

Three stages

Order → System → Automation

The stages can't be reordered. Skipping the second to get to the third is the most expensive mistake.

01 · ORDER

Data in one place

Everyone knows who does what. Files, stock levels and records are not scattered. This is not a system yet — it is housekeeping.

02 · SYSTEM

Results don't depend on people

The process is documented, with a metric and an owner. Results hold even when staff change.

03 · AUTOMATION

Machines do the work instead of people

Part of a working process is moved into software. Speed and accuracy go up, costs go down.

“Don't automate a bad process — otherwise you'll just do the wrong steps faster.”
The golden rule. Source: “The Automation Advantage” (Accenture, 2021).
Two concepts

Systematization vs. automation

Systematization means making repeatable work visible, measurable and doable by someone else with the same result. Automation means handing part of that well-defined process over to software.

BUline Systems

Business systematization

We build your business — from scratch or anew — as a manageable system. We don't “invent” the system: it already exists in your head and your team's heads; the job is to document it and measure it.

Organizational structure

Departments, positions, reporting lines and authority. A job description for every position.

What you get
  • Organizational chart
  • RACI matrix: who does the work, who is accountable
  • Job descriptions

Business processes and SOPs

Key processes are mapped based on real observation — not an “ideal” on paper.

What you get
  • BPMN process maps
  • SOP set
  • List of bottlenecks and loss points

KPIs and incentives

One simple metric per process; no more than 5–6 for the whole company.

What you get
  • KPI system and target values
  • Incentive scheme
  • Weekly management report

Financial and management accounting

Where money comes from and where it goes — visible every week.

What you get
  • Cash flow statement and P&L
  • Cost items and owners
  • A model ready to move into ERP/CRM
In practice

90-day roadmap

It doesn't need a big budget — mostly the owner's time and discipline. We go through every stage together with you.

Days 1–30

Observe

  • A one-week time audit — starting with the owner
  • Define the core promise and the most important activities
  • Map one key process based on observation
  • Record baseline values for three core metrics
Days 31–60

Clean up

  • Sort every task into 4 categories
  • Eliminate at least 3 unnecessary tasks completely
  • Document two tasks and delegate them
  • Approve SOPs and owners
Days 61–90

Reinforce

  • Move documented processes into ERP/CRM
  • Launch the KPI dashboard
  • Pilot the first automation
  • Compare results against the baseline
Warning

The most common mistakes

01

Automating without a system

Consequence: a flawed process starts repeating fast and at scale.

02

Starting without a baseline

Consequence: you can't prove results, and there's no budget for the next stage.

03

Mapping the official process

Consequence: the system can't handle real life and stalls on launch day.

04

Too many changes at once

Consequence: no one knows what worked, and fixes turn into guesswork.

Channels

Channels that work in Uzbekistan

Google Ads

The main search channel: most search traffic in Uzbekistan goes through Google. Search, YouTube and display campaigns.

Yandex Direct

For audiences who search in Russian. Since 2024, ads can also be placed in Uzbek Telegram channels.

Telegram Ads

The largest audience in Uzbekistan. With a small budget, you access the official platform through partner agencies.

Instagram and Facebook

The main visual channel for B2C: requests flow straight into the CRM via Direct or a lead form.

SEO

Google first, Yandex for Russian-speaking audiences. Quality content in Uzbek (Latin script) is still scarce — that is an opportunity.

Marketplaces

Uzum Market and Yandex Market: in-platform ads and product listing optimization.

The BUline Method

Every project — four stages

The client always knows which stage they are in and what comes next. Each stage ends with a documented result, a measurable metric and a decision on the next step. You can stop at any stage.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does systematization take?

Diagnostic: 1–2 weeks; architecture (structure, processes, KPIs): 1–3 weeks. Implementation and reinforcement usually follow the 90-day roadmap.

Do you write the SOPs for us, or do we write them ourselves?

We write SOPs together with your team, based on observing the real work. The person who does the job reviews their own procedure — otherwise the document won't work.

Can we start marketing without systematization?

You can, but we don't recommend it: if leads come in and the sales team loses them, the ad budget burns. The minimum requirement is that all requests land in one CRM.

Is the ad budget included in the service fee?

No. The ad budget is paid directly to Google and Yandex; our service covers strategy, setup, optimization and reporting.

How do you measure results?

At the start we record baseline values: cost per lead, conversion rate, sales cycle, inventory accuracy and so on. Every month we compare against those numbers.
