Uzum, Yandex Go Market and couriers: stock, orders and delivery in one process

A product sold on a marketplace leaves your warehouse, while the stock level is kept in two places. For foreign marketplaces and carriers, Odoo provides ready-made connectors. Local services have an open API: we write the connection or test a ready-made module.

Uzum schemes

FBO, FBS, DBS: where the goods are and what Odoo sees

The Uzum Market seller guide (as of 25 October 2026) describes four schemes. The Odoo connection depends on the scheme: stock is sent only for goods held in your own warehouse.

SchemeWhere the goods are and who deliversWhat it means for Odoo
FBOThe goods are held in the marketplace warehouseThe stock is in the Uzum warehouse and is not sent from Odoo. Orders and reports have to be read
FBSThe seller stores the goods, picks them and takes them to a drop-off point; the marketplace delivers. Food products are not sold under FBS (sports nutrition is an exception)The Odoo warehouse is the source: stock goes to Uzum, orders arrive in Odoo. An order must be confirmed within 16 hours of creation
DBSThe seller stores the goods and delivers them to the customer directlyThe delivery status (in transit, delivered, returned) is sent back to Uzum
EDBSThe customer sees the product on Uzum; the deal is concluded without Uzum’s involvementThe parties settle payment and returns themselves; in Odoo it is an ordinary sales document. According to the guide, EDBS cannot be used together with the other schemes within one legal entity
MixedOne product can be sold under FBO, FBS and DBS at the same time; on the storefront, FBO stock is shown firstOne product card; FBS and DBS stock is shared. The stock rule is agreed in writing
Uzum API

Uzum’s official seller API: what it does

The Uzum seller OpenAPI 1.0.0 documentation is public (Swagger). The access token is sent in the Authorization header without the word “Bearer”. We establish how to obtain the token with Uzum during the diagnostic.

SectionWhat the documentation describesWhat it means for Odoo
StoresList of the seller’s storesEach store is set up as a separate record
FBS and DBS ordersList by status (new, being picked, in delivery, cancelled, returned and others), confirmation, cancellation, attaching an identifier, labelThe order becomes a sales order; the confirmation is sent back to Uzum
DBS deliveryHanding over for delivery, confirming handover, creating a returnThe Odoo delivery document is linked to the status
In stockPaginated reading and updating of FBS stock (the documentation section is named FBS; the seller guide states that DBS stock is shared with FBS)Updated from the unreserved stock in Odoo
PriceUpdating the SKU price, printing the SKU labelPrice list and label template
FBS waybillsCreating and editing a waybill, printing the handover certificate, choosing a drop-off point and a time slotLinked to the warehouse delivery document
FBO waybills, returns, financeRead-only: waybills, returns, sales and expensesReconciling the report with settlements
Uzum and Odoo

Three ways to connect Uzum to Odoo

The choice depends on the hosting type and the stock rule. We verify the information on the module page on your own database.

MethodAdvantagesWhat we check
Apps Store module “Uzbekistan Uzum Market”A page exists for Odoo 18, 19 and 20. The module imports Uzum orders as sales orders and sends FBS stock and prices; an FBS order can be confirmed, picked, shipped and cancelled from OdooAuthor: Pokutsoft; license OPL-1 (proprietary); last updated 6 October 2026. The author states that it is not a Uzum partner. The page also lists Online, but Odoo’s documentation states that Apps Store modules are not compatible with Online: Odoo.sh or your own server is chosen
Separate connectionBuilt on the official OpenAPI to match your rules: stock by warehouse, order statuses, waybillsIt has to be maintained and adapted to every new Odoo version, and changes to the Uzum API have to be tracked
Intermediate serviceOn Online without a custom module: through Odoo JSON-2 and a webhookA separate server and monitoring are needed. The external API depends on the subscription type. Ways to connect →
Yandex Go Market

Yandex Go Market: API for sellers in Uzbekistan

The Yandex Market partner API documentation has a separate guide for sellers in Uzbekistan. No ready-made connector for Yandex Market was found in Odoo’s documentation or in an Apps Store search, so the connection is built separately.

API (Yandex documentation)

  • The same API, with the address domain “.net”
  • Access with an Api-Key token: it is created in the seller account, grants access to all stores of the account, and is limited by method group
  • Some methods are not available to sellers in Uzbekistan; this is stated in each method’s description

Data requirements

  • The name and description are sent in Russian first; another language is passed with the language parameter
  • The IKPU code (the product code in the national classifier) is passed with the type “IKPU_CODE”
  • The price is in the national currency; VAT is not sent
  • Asl Belgisi codes (the marking system) are sent in the cis parameter when submitting order boxes

The Odoo side

  • The product card must contain the IKPU/MXIK code and a name in Russian. MXIK and IKPU →
  • Which scheme (FBS, DBS) works in Uzbekistan is not stated on the guide page: we ask Yandex
  • The order is linked to a sales order, and the stock to an update through the API
Odoo connectors

Odoo’s own marketplace connectors: which markets

The Odoo 20 documentation describes four connectors. Their lists of markets do not include Uzbekistan.

ConnectorMarkets (per documentation)What syncs
AmazonNine markets in North America and Europe; another market can be added in developer modeOrder, FBM stock, shipment confirmation
ShopeeSoutheast Asia, Taiwan, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, MexicoOrder and FBM stock
LazadaIndonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, VietnamOrder, stock, catalog
TikTok ShopA list of markets in the Americas, Asia and EuropeFBS order, stock, catalog

What Odoo includes as standard and what we add

Based on the Odoo 20 documentation. If your version differs, we check at the diagnostic.

GoalIn standard Odoo / in an external serviceExtra work (BUline)
Importing a marketplace order into OdooA connector exists for foreign markets. For Uzum and Yandex Go Market, it is not described in the documentationConnection through the Uzum module or the official API
Sending stock to the marketplaceOdoo shows the unreserved stock (Free to Use). Sending it requires a connectionSafety buffer, warehouse breakdown, sending interval
Delivery methodsAvailable: fixed fee, rule-based fee, Click & Collect, carrier connectorsEntering a delivery fee table by region, weight and volume as rules
International carriersAvailable: DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, USPS, bpost, Sendcloud, EasyPost, Envia.com, Shiprocket, ShipStation, StarshipitFor domestic delivery in Uzbekistan, no courier is named in the list
Local courierNot described in the Odoo documentationPrice, order and status through the courier’s API; a contract
Label printingAvailable: carrier labels, Zebra (ZPL). The Uzum API provides the SKU labelLinking the Uzum label to the Odoo warehouse document

Delivery

Courier services: an Odoo connector and a local connection

A carrier connector calculates the delivery cost, creates a label and provides a tracking number. For local couriers, a connector is built separately.

Carriers in the Odoo documentation

  • Connectors are installed from the Inventory settings; the steps are keys, working mode, warehouse and product weight
  • “Get Rate” calculates the price; a label requires the “Create Shipment” level
  • New in Odoo 20: the ShipStation connector, Sendcloud labels in PDF, ZPL or PNG, drop-off points
  • The connector folders were not found in the open-source repository; they are probably part of Enterprise

Local couriers

  • Yandex Go express delivery for business: UzDaily (21 April 2025) reports that it operates in Tashkent and connects through an API, a web account or an app
  • Yandex Delivery documentation: price calculation, order creation, status. Coverage of Uzbekistan is not confirmed in the documentation: we will ask the manager
  • BTS Express: no API information was found on the bts.uz page (25 October 2026); we request it through the contact channels
  • Documentation for other couriers is provided after a contract is signed

On the Odoo side

  • Delivery method: conditions by region, weight, volume and product tag, and the threshold above which delivery is free
  • The tracking link is visible in the customer portal; the cash-on-delivery flag can be enabled
  • The Odoo 19 release notes announced an industry package for third-party logistics (3PL) companies. In the Apps Store it is listed as “3PL Logistic Company” (a page for 20.0, author Odoo S.A., license OEEL-1, which means Enterprise is required; Online, Odoo.sh and On Premise are listed). The package relies on the Inventory, Purchase, Quality, Sales, Studio, Subscriptions, Website, CRM, Calendar, Contacts, Discuss, Invoicing, Documents, Employees, Knowledge and Manufacturing apps. Whether your project needs it is assessed during the diagnostic
Synchronization

Stock and order synchronization rules

For the connection to work, the rules are written first and the code second. Without rules, synchronization counts the stock and the order twice.

In stock

  • Basis: the unreserved stock in Odoo, minus a safety buffer
  • On Uzum, FBS and DBS stock is shared; if FBO exists, it is shown first on the storefront
  • In the Uzum account, only one warehouse can be created for now (per the guide): in a multi-warehouse Odoo, we record which warehouse goes to Uzum
  • SKU matching key: a barcode or an internal article number, identical on both sides

Order

  • An Uzum FBS order must be confirmed within 16 hours; late cancellation affects the rating and penalties
  • Order statuses are mapped to Odoo document statuses: new, being picked, in delivery, delivered, returned
  • Replacing the product or sending a different one is not allowed: if the product is unavailable, the order is cancelled

Price and accounting

  • A separate price list for the marketplace
  • The commission and the marketplace report are turned into a journal entry by a rule
  • Who generates the fiscal receipt is determined by the contract. Fiscal receipt →
Uzbekistan

Uzbekistan’s requirements for selling through a marketplace

The following are requirements on the seller’s side. These data must be in place before connecting to a marketplace.

Codes

  • The Yandex documentation requires the IKPU code and the Asl Belgisi code to be passed through the API
  • The IKPU/MXIK code is filled in on the product card
  • The requirement for a marked category is established during the diagnostic

Receipt and document

  • Who sends the receipt data for payment through a marketplace depends on the law and the contract
  • For a sale to a legal entity, an electronic invoice. Electronic document →

Website and data

  • If you have your own website, e-commerce requirements apply. Online store →
  • A customer’s address and phone number are personal data: where they are stored is determined by the module’s hosting
A hypothetical day

An Uzum order from the warehouse to the drop-off point

The example is illustrative: no figures, only to show the mechanism. The product is sold under the FBS scheme.

  • An order is created in Uzum; the connection imports it as an Odoo sales order and reserves the stock
  • The manager confirms within 16 hours; the confirmation goes back to Uzum
  • The warehouse picks the order, Odoo confirms the delivery document, and the label is printed
  • A waybill is created in Uzum, and the goods are taken to the drop-off point
  • The stock in Uzum is updated. If the customer returns the goods, a reverse document is opened
  • An order with an error goes to a separate list, where the responsible employee sees it

The BUline Method

How we implement the marketplace and delivery connection

The stages follow the general BUline Method. The timeline is agreed in writing after the diagnostic. Implementation process →

01Diagnostic1–2 weeks

Which marketplace, which scheme, which warehouse. API token, courier contract, hosting type. Result: a business requirements document (BRD).

02Architecture1–3 weeks

We choose a module, a separate connection or an intermediate service. The stock and order rules are written down, and the SKU matching key is agreed.

03Testing and sprints8–16 weeks

The connection is tested on a database copy: order, cancellation, return, outage. A pilot runs with a few SKUs, then the whole catalog.

04Training

The manager, the storekeeper and the accountant are trained by role: confirming an order, the label, a return. A guide and video lessons are provided.

05Post-launch support30 days + ongoing

After launch, 30 days of enhanced support, then agreed ongoing support. When the marketplace API or Odoo changes, the connection is tested again.

Preparation

What to gather before we start

This list speeds up the diagnostic. We can start even if not everything is ready.

Marketplace

  • Access to the seller account and the API token
  • Scheme: FBO, FBS, DBS
  • Product list: SKU, barcode, IKPU

Warehouse

  • Which warehouse supplies stock to the marketplace
  • Safety buffer rule
  • Label printer and the schedule for taking goods to the drop-off point

Deliver

  • Courier contract and API access
  • Fee table by region and weight
  • Return procedure and the person responsible

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can Odoo be connected to Uzum Market?

Uzum has an official open API. The Odoo documentation does not describe a Uzum connector, but the Apps Store has a third-party module (a page for Odoo 18, 19 and 20). Testing the module or writing a separate API connection is assessed during the diagnostic.

Is there a connection to Yandex Go Market?

The Yandex Market partner API documentation has a guide for sellers in Uzbekistan. No ready-made connector was found in the Odoo documentation or in an Apps Store search, so the connection is built separately. The schemes are clarified with Yandex.

Is the stock on the marketplace updated automatically?

Once the connection is built, yes: Odoo subtracts the safety buffer from the unreserved stock and sends the FBS stock to Uzum (the shared-stock rule with DBS is established with Uzum during the diagnostic). The update interval and the warehouse rule are written down at the start of the project.

Are Odoo’s carrier connectors meant for couriers in Uzbekistan?

No, the list in the documentation consists of international carriers: DHL Express, FedEx, UPS and others. Couriers in Uzbekistan are not named in the list. For a local courier, the connection is assessed based on its API.

Does the marketplace connection work on Odoo Online?

Third-party and custom modules are not compatible with Online. On Online, you can connect through an intermediate service, JSON-2 and a webhook; the external API depends on the subscription type. For a module, Odoo.sh or your own server is chosen. Hosting types →

Can an Uzum order be confirmed from within Odoo?

The Uzum API provides methods for confirmation, cancellation, labels and waybills. The module page states that an FBS order can be confirmed from the sales order, picked, shipped and cancelled. A signal to the responsible person is built for the 16-hour deadline.

How much does the service cost and how long does it take?

The Odoo license depends on the number of users and apps (terms at odoo.com). The scope of BUline’s services depends on the number of marketplaces, the scheme (FBO, FBS, DBS), warehouses, courier connections, customization, data volume and training. The exact cost and timeline are given in a written proposal after the free diagnostic.
